Cranberry broccoli slaw

Ingredients
2 medium size heads of broccoli
1/3 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup thinly sliced almonds
Dressing
4 tbsp red onions
1tbsp sugar
3tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Peel broccoli stems and cut broccoli heads into large chunks. Thinly slice the stems and chop the florettes into small pieces.
In a large bowl, toss the broccoli with the chopped onion and cranberries.
Toast the sliced almonds until golden brown. Let cool and add to bowl with broccoli mix.
In a jar, red onion, sugar, vinegar, yogurt, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Cover with lid and shake well then pour over broccoli mix
