Ginger Turkey Stir-Fry

Ingredients
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 Medium onion, sliced
4 Garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp ginger, minced
1 lb turkey, minced/ground
1 Cup shredded carrots
4 Cups shredded cabbage
4 Cups shredded cabbage
Sauce:
1 Tbsp hoison sauce
1 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp oystery sauce
2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 Tsp sesame oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
Heat oil in a large wok over medium heat. Saute onions until soft, then add garlic, ginger and saute until fragrant.
Add turkey and mix well until it starts browning for 5-10 minutes.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl and pour half the sauce and add cabbage and carrots into the wok. Mix well with turkey.
Once carrots and cabbage are cooked, add remainder of sauce. Sprink with salt and pepper as needed. Serve with steamed rice.
