Leg of Lamb

Ingredients
1 leg of lamb
Salt and pepper
2 garlic cloves sliced
4 whole cloves
2 cups beef broth
Wet Rub
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp fresh Rosemary
2 garlic cloves crushed
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chilli powered
1 tbsp 7 spice
1 tbsp all spice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Place Lamb Leg into pan & season with salt & pepper.
Pierice holes on fat side of lamb and insert garlic gloves.
Combine all wet ingredients to create the marinade, apply it to the lamb all around. Optional: Let marinade sit overnight.
Add beef broth to the pan and place into the oven. Cook till meat reaches 69 degrees celsius.
